Facebook Connect issues on iOS


Games are hosted on Facebook’s App Center page. The left side of the screen displays some of your latest game notifications, which include invitations to games or a notice that your friend has made a move and it is your turn. To do this, please try the following steps:

  3. Scroll down to the Upcoming Automatic Updates / Available Updates section.
  4. Tap Update next to an individual app , or tap Update All.

If you are experiencing any issues with Facebook Connect, please try the following steps:
Check if your Apps, Websites, and Games preferences within your Facebook app are turned on.
  1. Open your Facebook app.
  2. Go to your Settings and Privacy.
  3. Then tap the Settings button.
  4. Scroll down, then tap Apps and Websites.
  5. From the Apps and Websites window, tap Apps, Websites and Games. From there, you can turn on/off the permission for Facebook to access third-party apps.
  6. Tap Turn On to allow you to interact with third-party apps, websites, and games using Facebook.

If you’re still having issues connecting your game to Facebook, please try our Additional Workaround below:
1. If you have the Facebook app installed on your device:
  • In the Settings menu, tap the Log Out button.
  • Open your Game App.
  • From your game’s settings select Log In with Facebook. (Make sure that you allow Facebook to access your basic profile.)
2. If you do not have the Facebook app installed on your device:
  • Open your Game App and disconnect from Facebook. If you are already disconnected, proceed to the next step.
  • Open your mobile browser, go to www.facebook.com, and log-out from there. Repeat for all browsers on the device.
  • Make sure that you are logged out of your Facebook account.
  • Go back to your game and reconnect to Facebook.

How do I connect my game to Facebook?


The first time you open the App, you will get a pop-up requesting you to connect to Facebook, accept the request and follow the instructions given by the App itself.

If by mistake you declined to do so, don’t panic as there is another way.

First, finish the tutorial (which will not take longer than a couple of minutes), then follow the steps as explained below:
1. Click on the Options button (Upper right corner) and click on Login.

3. Your Facebook account will appear as default as the first option, click on “Continue with FB PROGRESS”.

4. Please be careful NOT to choose the wrong account, for example, the second option is the account which is just level 2, and as the App tells you, it is NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

5. If you mistakenly choose the low level account, the App will warn you, please click “NO” to exit and then select the Facebook account.
We recommend connecting your game via Facebook as this will save all the data on your profile, which will help transfer your game across if you buy a new device or in the worst case scenario, you lose it.

If you can not see the login to Facebook button in the settings, you would have indicated to us recently via the game that you are not of an age required to have access to to this feature.
